Every design decision has to hold up when it's questioned.
I love to work on systems with complex flows: I find where the funnel breaks, whether it comes from the business rules, from what people actually need, or from a process asking to be simplified. My flows are research-led, accessible by design and documented down to the handoff. I specialize in dashboards and SaaS products, web apps and native mobile, commercial and organic (SEO) funnels.
I prioritize initiatives, gather requirements with stakeholders and work with multidisciplinary teams that measure and position what I design.
