I turn complex flows into clear experiences
I work on complex systems, pinpointing where the funnel breaks down: business rules, users (HCD), workflows that need to be simplified properly. I apply advanced experience design methodologies, and every flow I build is grounded in research.
I also work on conversational flows (CxD). I build and train AI assistants: flow architecture, UX writing, lead qualification and handover strategies for human teams.
I have designed platforms for cybersecurity, e-commerce, technology, agribusiness (seed producers, timber operations), aquaculture, compliance, automotive and government. I am a specialist in dashboards and SaaS products, with experience in web apps and native mobile.
